24 Months Warranty for Watches

Our warranty is designed to ensure your satisfaction with our products. The conditions of our warranty, including its duration and what it covers, are structured to provide you with peace of mind.

 

What is not covered by the warranty?

Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, and other cosmetic damage that does not affect the watch's functionality.

Accidental Damage: Damage caused by accidents, such as drops or impacts.

Water Damage: Damage from water if the water resistance guidelines outlined in the owner’s manual are not followed.

Magnetization or Over-winding: Issues caused by magnetization or over-winding of the watch.

Straps and Bracelets: Wear and tear in straps and bracelets are not covered.

Misuse: Damage resulting from misuse or using the product for purposes other than its intended use.

Please ensure to follow the instructions in the owner’s manual to maintain your watch properly. Failure to comply with these instructions may void the warranty.

 

How to Make a Warranty Return?

  1. Get Approval: Email us at returns@enoksenwatches.com with your order number and a description of the issue, including supporting images if relevant. Please wait for our approval before sending the product back.

  2. Return: Once approved, return your item along with your receipt to:
    Enoksen Watches, 2 Hannahstown Hill, Belfast, BT17 0LT, United Kingdom

  3. Packaging: Package your item carefully to ensure no damage or additional issues occur during transit.


What Happens Next?

  • Our customer service team will email you to confirm receipt of your return.
  • Our experts will assess the issue and determine whether to refund, replace, or repair your item, assuming a warranty issue has occurred.
  • After the initial assessment, any item repaired or replaced under warranty will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
  • You will be notified of the course of action within 5 working days of receipt.

 

Are there any costs involved in the warranty service?

We strive to make the warranty process as smooth and convenient as possible for you. While you will need to arrange and cover the cost of shipping your watch to us, we handle the rest. Our team will take care of the inspection, repair, or replacement of your watch under warranty, ensuring you receive the best possible service.
