We take great pride in the craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail that goes into preparing your watch for shipment.

  • Each timepiece undergoes rigorous quality checks and sometimes needs to be assembled specifically for your order.
  • Our team carefully inspects and tests every component to guarantee reliability and performance.
  • Only after this thorough process is the watch securely packaged and made ready for delivery, ensuring it reaches you in perfect condition.

This assembly and quality control process will take between 1 and 3 business days. Purchases made after 2 pm GMT might not be processed until the next business day.

  • You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer FREE Global Express Shipping on all orders over £250 with DHL Express

For orders under £250: You will have the option to choose between DHL's standard shipping or express tracked delivery. The price and delivery times for these options will be displayed during your order checkout process.

  

Do I Have to Pay Taxes and Duties on My Order?

Within the EU:

For customers within the European Union, rest assured that all taxes and duties are included in the price of your order. You will not incur any additional charges upon delivery. This means no unexpected VAT, tax, or duty fees at your door. We aim to provide a transparent and hassle-free shopping experience for our EU customers, ensuring peace of mind with every purchase.

United Kingdom:

For customers in the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, all taxes and duties are already included in the price of your order. You will not incur any additional VAT or duties upon delivery. 

Outside the EU:

For our many valued customers outside the European Union, including those in the United States, Australia, and other countries, please note that taxes and duties are not included in the price of your order. Local customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I track my order?

If your order was over £250 and qualified for free shipping, it will be sent via a tracked service. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched, which you can use to monitor the delivery status on our courier's website.

We use the DHL Express service for deliveries. All our shipments are made with delivery against signature to reduce the risk of theft.

If you are unavailable on the delivery day, various options are available through the DHL.com website. These include scheduling delivery for a later date, arranging for pickup at a designated relay point, selecting a secure drop-off location, or authorising delivery to a third party.

For orders under £250, you will have the option to choose between DHL's standard shipping or express tracked delivery.

 

How do pre-orders work?

Products may be made available for pre-order while still in manufacturing. Pre-orders will ship as soon as the products are completed and available in our warehouse. Estimated shipping dates provided in the product description may be subject to change if there are any delays in the manufacturing or shipping processes. We will keep you updated on your order via email.

 

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

In order to change your shipping address please contact our customer service team at customerservice@enoksenwatches.com as soon as possible. Whether the address can be changed will depend on whether the shipping has been processed and if the package has been dispatched.

 

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@enoksenwatches.com as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process.
