What is your return policy?
We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value. However if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
We offer a 30-day FREE return policy from the date of purchase
on all orders over £250
Are any items non-returnable?
Some items cannot be returned. Custom- and configurator-built watches are non-returnable unless they are faulty, as they are made specifically for the individual and are considered 'Final Sale.' Additionally, gift cards cannot be returned. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
If your original order was over £250, we offer free return shipping within the 30-days period. You will receive a prepaid shipping label via email, which you can print out and use to return the item at no cost to you.
For orders under £250, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will still receive a prepaid shipping label via email, but the shipping fee will be applied when processing your return.
If your product was damaged upon receipt, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@enoksenwatches.com so we can assist you with the return.
What condition is necessary for an item to be eligible for return?
In order to get a full refund; Your product must be returned in unused and unworn condition and in its original undamaged packaging with all associated documentation in resellable condition.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, please follow these steps:

Contact us: To initiate the return process. Request a return by contacting us via returns@enoksenwatches.com referencing your order number and the reason for the return.

Receive Return Label: Once your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label via email.

Print the Label: Print out the shipping label.

Prepare the Package: Securely pack the item you are returning. Make sure it is in its original packaging and includes all associated documentation, and other items that came with it.

Attach the Label: Affix the printed shipping label to the outside of the package.
- Ship the Package: Drop off the package at the nearest shipping carrier location specified in the return instructions.
Can I return the product myself?
You can return the product yourself. Please follow the return process described above and send the package to the following address:

How will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Yes, if you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@enoksenwatches.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the same return conditions as refunds.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
