Although immaculate it was running 15 seconds fast per day and when I told Oliver he said that was totally unacceptable for an Enoksen automatic and asked for me to send it to him to assess. Within a week it was returned having being fully calibrated and running at 2.5 - 3 seconds per day. Charges for the service were extremely favourable. Even though I didn’t buy direct their pride in their brand shone through with them not wishing anyone to own a one of their watches that wasn’t working to their high standards. I feel another purchase coming on soon. Excellent service and company.
