We appreciate the feeling you may have when buying online.  Can I trust this business?  Will I like the product?  If I don't like it, will it be inconvenient to return it?

At Enoksen we try to make every part of the customer experience as good as possible.  So we make high quality watches and we really care that our customers have an excellent buying experience.  We also want our customers to be able to return watches easily if you find the product is not what you expected.  

If you wish to return your watch within 7 days of receiving it, then we will organise a free DHL return label. All you need to do is drop the watch off at the nearest DHL drop-off point.  We stand behind our products and we sincerely hope you will love your Enoksen watch.  But if it's not right, then we want you to have an easy returns experience.  

So order your Enoksen watch with complete confidence, knowing it will be easy to manage a return if it's not what you were expecting.

Finally, please note that this offer applies to watch orders only, not orders for Essentials products which include straps and pouches.  And the standard 30 day return period still applies of course, but the free DHL return label is only available in the first 7 days.
